The Path to Ownership:

Phase 1 (In-Office): Spend your first 8 weeks at our Las Vegas hub (89119) mastering our proven scripts, AI CRM, and sales process.

Phase 2 (Hybrid/Remote): Once you’ve proven your consistency, you earn the freedom to work 100% remotely or stay in-office—it’s your business.

The 12-Tier Grid: We provide a transparent compensation and promotion structure. You aren't just a rep; you are an agency owner in training.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Full Portfolio Access: Protecting families with Life & Final Expense, securing retirements with IULs/Annuities, and navigating Health/Medicare solutions.

Closing, Not Chasing: Use our proprietary AI-powered CRM that automates follow-ups so you spend your time on the phone with interested prospects.
