What You’ll Be Doing: You won’t just be selling a policy; you’ll be providing total financial security. Our agents have access to a full suite of products including:

Life & Final Expense: Immediate protection for families.

Compensation & Structure:

100% Commission-Based: This is a performance-based role. If you are looking for a steady hourly wage, a base salary, or a place to "clock in and clock out," this is not the right fit for you. We don't pay for your time; we pay for your results. We are looking for partners who want to be compensated based on their performance and have the drive to earn what they are truly worth.

High-Frequency Pay: Our agents typically target $1,250 – $3,500 per week in gross commissions, with many of our carriers paying out daily.

1099 Independent Contractor: You own your schedule and your results.
Requirements:
- A "business owner" mindset and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work out of our Las Vegas office (89119).
- No "free lead" bait-and-switch here—we teach you how to dominate the market using professional tools.
Compensation: $1,750.00 - $2,500.00 per week
