Position Summary
As a Residential Energy Advisor, you will work directly in local neighborhoods educating homeowners on energy efficiency and solar options. Your responsibility is to identify qualified homeowners and schedule consultations for our senior energy consultants.
This role does not involve closing sales.
No prior solar experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, scripts, and ongoing support.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face outreach with homeowners
- Educate residents on energy-saving solutions
- Qualify homeowners based on program criteria
- Schedule consultations accurately using CRM tools
- Represent Housebuildr professionally at all times
- Follow daily activity standards and team expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable with a growth-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Competitive and performance-driven
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Available for afternoon and evening hours
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
