Position Overview
As a Solar Outreach Specialist, you will engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce energy-saving solutions and schedule qualified consultations with our senior solar consultants.
You are not responsible for closing sales — your role is to educate, qualify, and book appointments using proven systems and scripts.
No prior solar experience is required. We provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential areas
- Communicate solar and energy-saving benefits clearly and professionally
- Qualify homeowners based on program requirements
- Schedule appointments accurately in the CRM
- Follow Housebuildr scripts, expectations, and daily standards
- Maintain a professional attitude and consistent work ethic
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Coachable, reliable, and accountable
- Comfortable engaging with homeowners face-to-face
- Competitive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Ability to work afternoon and evening hours
Sales experience is helpful but not required.
