The Role
As a Solar Field Operations Assistant, you support the sales and install process by keeping communication, documentation, and field coordination tight.
You will:
- Support field reps and setters with daily execution
- Assist with appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Help manage paperwork and basic customer communication
- Coordinate with sales, ops, and leadership
- Track activity, attendance, and basic performance metrics
- Ensure company standards are followed in the field
This role is hands-on and in-market, not remote.
