The Role
As a Solar Recruiting & Field Coordinator, your responsibility is to help grow and stabilize the local market team.
You will:
- Assist with recruiting setters and entry-level reps
- Conduct initial screenings and onboarding support
- Help train and deploy new reps in the field
- Track attendance, activity, and performance
- Support daily execution standards and accountability
- Work closely with Market Leadership
This is a hands-on role — part recruiting, part field support, part leadership development.
