The Role

As a Solar Sales Consultant (Closer), your only job is to close qualified appointments set by our field team.

You will:

  • Run pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments

  • Present solar solutions clearly and professionally

  • Build trust and guide homeowners through the decision

  • Close contracts and submit clean deals

  • Follow Housebuildr sales process and documentation standards

No cold knocking. No lead chasing. Just selling.

Who This Is For

This role is for someone who:

  • Has in-home or high-ticket sales experience

  • Is confident running appointments solo

  • Can follow a structured sales process

  • Is coachable and accountable

  • Wants uncapped income and leadership opportunity

Solar experience is a plus — sales skill matters more.

Training & Support

  • Proven in-home solar presentation

  • Ongoing sales coaching and deal support

  • Admin and ops support post-sale

  • Clear path into Team Lead or Market Director roles
