🎯 The Role
As a Solar Recruiter, your responsibility is simple:
Consistently bring in qualified, coachable talent.

You will:
- Source candidates for Setters, Closers, and Leadership roles
- Post and manage job listings across platforms
- Run initial screenings and interviews
- Qualify candidates for culture, coachability, and work ethic
- Coordinate onboarding with leadership
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline
- Follow Housebuildr hiring standards (no shortcuts)
This role directly impacts revenue and expansion.
