🎯 The Role
As a Solar Sales Closer, your job is to:
Run qualified appointments, close clean deals, and lead by example.

You will:
- Run preset appointments generated by setters
- Conduct in-home solar consultations
- Present value clearly and ethically
- Close homeowners on solar solutions
- Submit accurate contracts and paperwork
- Work closely with ops to ensure clean installs
- Track pipeline and performance metrics

- Proven in-home sales framework
- Scripted presentation flow
- Objection handling systems
- Deal support from leadership
- Clean install and ops process
✅ Who We’re Looking For
- Prior sales experience (solar preferred, not required)
- Strong closing mindset
- Professional in-home presence
- Ability to manage your own pipeline
- High personal accountability
- Comfortable with commission-based income
