Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Renewable Energy Outreach Associate (Field Energy Expert) to support community engagement, customer education, and field outreach related to clean and renewable energy solutions. This role is ideal for individuals interested in sustainability, energy, environmental science, or community-based work who enjoy interacting with people and working in the field.
You will serve as a front-line representative, helping educate homeowners and community members about renewable energy options, energy efficiency, and available programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach and field engagement with homeowners and community members
- Educate customers on renewable energy solutions, energy efficiency, and sustainability benefits
- Represent the company professionally at field sites, events, and outreach locations
- Assist with data collection, customer feedback, and basic reporting from field activities
- Support outreach campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to meet outreach and engagement goals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with the public in a field-based environment
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental topics
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site
- Self-motivated, punctual, and professional
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in outreach, customer service, sales, or field work
- Bilingual abilities (a plus)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
