Position: Solar Energy Consultant (Field Sales)
Location: Los Angeles County & surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours
Earning Potential: $5,000–$10,000+ per month
Compensation Options: Commission-only, base pay, or hybrid (base + commission)

What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners face-to-face to discuss the benefits of going solar.
- Perform consultations, design tailored solar solutions, and guide clients through financing options.
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing.
- Manage your pipeline and close deals with confidence.
- Work closely with our operations and install teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Who You Are
- A people person — confident, positive, and great at building trust quickly.
- Driven by results and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
- A fast learner with a strong work ethic and a go-getter attitude.
- Previous experience in sales, solar, or home improvement is a plus, but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
