The Opportunity
As a Life and Health Insurance Agent, you will guide clients through important financial decisions that affect their well-being and long-term security. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own business, backed by the training, tools, and support of an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connecting with clients remotely via phone or Zoom (provided leads, no call calling)
- Educate clients on available life and health insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Managing your pipeline using simple tools (we train you)
- Learning from experienced leaders and applying feedback daily

Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined.
- Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain — training provided).
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred, but not required.
