💼 Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads via phone or Zoom
- Help clients find life & health insurance plans that meet their needs
- Manage your sales pipeline with a user-friendly CRM (we'll train you!)
- Attend daily/weekly team calls, trainings, and one-on-one coaching
🧩 Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a growth mindset
- Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
