Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual client consultations via phone and Zoom
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Manage and update leads using our CRM (training provided)
- Follow a proven, step-by-step sales process
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance
