Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for clean energy and helping families save money? HouseBuildr is seeking a driven Solar Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire our growing solar sales team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of high-performing solar sales reps
- Drive sales growth through training, mentorship, and accountability
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base
- Manage performance metrics and ensure team goals are met or exceeded
- Represent HouseBuildr with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in solar sales (management experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for renewable energy and helping families lower their energy costs
