Position Overview: 
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Local Sales Strategist to lead and execute market-specific sales plans within your local region. This role is ideal for someone who is both data-driven and people-oriented, with a strong understanding of the solar industry and a passion for helping customers make the switch to renewable energy. 

 
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement localized sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the assigned region
  • Partner with marketing to design targeted campaigns and community outreach efforts
  • Manage and mentor a team of local solar consultants and sales reps
  • Build relationships with local businesses, homeowner associations, and government entities
  • Generate and qualify leads through grassroots efforts and networking
  • Track sales metrics and adjust strategies based on performance analytics
  • Stay up-to-date on solar technology, incentives, and regulatory changes


 

 

 

 

 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in solar sales, energy services, or a similar industry (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong strategic thinking and territory planning abilities
  • Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools


 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
