At House Buildrs, we’re on a mission to accelerate the adoption of clean, renewable energy through exceptional service and affordable solar solutions. We’re seeking a motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Doorstep Deal Closer to join our growing team. 

 
Position Summary: 
As a Doorstep Deal Closer, you’ll be the final step in the residential solar sales process. After leads are generated and qualified by our canvassing or marketing teams, you’ll step in to educate homeowners, address concerns, and close the deal at the door. This is a face-to-face sales role that requires confidence, industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Meet with pre-qualified or warm leads in person at their home.
  • Explain solar energy solutions and the benefits of transitioning to solar.
  • Present pricing, financing, and proposal details with professionalism and clarity.
  • Overcome objections and instill trust to guide homeowners through the closing process.
  • Work collaboratively with the appointment setters and installation teams.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and contracts.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, local regulations, and product knowledge
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in face-to-face or door-to-door sales, preferably in solar, home improvement, or similar industries.
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to handle objections with ease.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.


 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
