What You'll Do:
- Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with clients across the U.S.
- Recommend life, health, and retirement solutions tailored to each client’s goals
- Guide clients through the application process with clarity and confidence
- Stay organized using our CRM and sales systems
- Maintain ongoing relationships and manage policy renewals
- Stay sharp on industry updates, compliance, and product offerings
Who We’re Looking For:
We don’t hire just anyone. We invest in people we believe in.
- Strong communicator (phone, video, and in person)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Open to feedback, training, and accountability
- Able to manage time and follow through consistently
- Licensed agents are welcome—but you do not need to be licensed to start
- Previous experience in sales, service, athletics, or leadership is a plus—but not required
