Job Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to become part of our team! In this role, you will support customers by addressing their shopping needs and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience. Your duties will include operating the register, organizing merchandise, managing inventory, and keeping the store clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service and be comfortable working with a cash register.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety and loss prevention guidelines
- Handle payments, including cash and credit cards
- Process receipts, returns, and exchanges
- Take ownership of stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Support sales efforts by participating in company-driven promotions and product initiatives
- Continuously expand product knowledge to offer the best recommendations and advice to customers
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Familiarity with sales strategies and customer service best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling transactions
- Flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing needs
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
